1. About Fantasy Battle

Fantasy Battle is an online fantasy football game. These terms apply when you visit fantasybattle.co.uk, create an account or use any Fantasy Battle game mode or feature. The game's published rules and scoring information also apply to your play.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must not sell, transfer or share an account in a way that undermines fair play or account security.

3. User responsibilities

When using Fantasy Battle, you must not:

• break the law, impersonate another person or misuse their information;
• harass other players or use abusive, discriminatory or offensive names;
• interfere with the site, probe its security or attempt unauthorised access;
• use bots, scripts, exploits or other automation to gain an advantage; or
• use multiple accounts, collusion or manipulation to distort results.

4. Leagues and fair play

League members are expected to compete honestly and follow the rules shown for the relevant game mode. Display names, team names, league membership, selections, scores, standings and results may be visible to other players where the game requires it. Do not share private league access details publicly unless you intend other people to join.

We may investigate unusual activity and correct, cancel or remove an entry, result or league participation where there is a technical error, cheating, abuse or a material breach of these terms.

5. Scoring and rule changes

Scores are calculated using the rules published in the game and football data available to Fantasy Battle. Data feeds and calculations can be delayed, incomplete or later corrected, so displayed scores and standings may change when an error or source-data correction is identified.

We may adjust scoring, deadlines, tiebreakers or other game rules to keep the game accurate, balanced and workable. We will update the published rules and give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

6. Power Ups and advertising

Power Ups are game features whose effects and availability are described in the game or its rules. We may rebalance, replace or remove them between competitions or Gameweeks where needed for fair play or reliable operation.

Fantasy Battle may display advertising. If a rewarded advert is offered, choosing to watch it is optional and the available in-game reward will be described before you start. Advert availability and successful completion depend on third-party advertising services and are not guaranteed. Advertising and consent choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Fantasy Battle relies on third-party services to operate. These may include Supabase for authentication and data storage, hosting and infrastructure providers, and Google services for advertising or related functionality. A provider's own terms, privacy information and availability may also apply when you use its service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Account suspension or removal

We may warn you, restrict features, suspend access or remove an account where reasonably necessary to address cheating, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity or a serious or repeated breach of these terms. We may act immediately where needed to protect players or the service. Contact us if you believe action was taken in error. Account data will be handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and service changes

We aim to keep Fantasy Battle available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be paused, changed or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, product or legal reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, its rules or relevant legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised, and material updates will be highlighted through the site or another appropriate notice. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using Fantasy Battle.
